Record payments straight from AR Aging

Billing showed you what was owed and what had been paid, but applying a payment meant opening the project, finding the pay app or invoice, and recording it there. When a stack of checks comes in, that's a lot of clicking.

AR Aging on the Billing page now records payments in place. Every open invoice has a Record payment button:

• Pay-app invoices take the full detail — amount, date received, method (check / ACH / wire), and a reference for the check or wire number — landing in the payment ledger just as they do inside the project.
• Simple invoices take the amount, applying it to the balance.

Either way the invoice's paid total, balance, and aging bucket update immediately, and a pay app that gets paid in full advances to Paid on its own. The table also shows a Paid column and an outstanding total in the header, so the whole receivables picture reads in one place.
