Goals: targets, streaks, badges and leaderboards
Set a target — bids out this month, dollars awarded this quarter, calls logged — and the dashboard tracks it from the pipeline. Streaks, checklists, a Wins feed with a toast for the person who did it, permanent badges, and leaderboards that exist only when the company turns them on and you join.
Post-award requirements checklist
Award a job and the kickoff meeting, COI, site safety plan, labor rates, submittal schedule and the rest of what you owe the GC appear on the contract, dated from NTP — plus the California prelim, bonds, and the prevailing-wage filings when the job calls for them.
Pre-bid requirements checklist
Every new pursuit opens with the steps a bid needs — go/no-go, the job walk, RFI cutoff, addenda, quotes, bid bond, the signed bid form — dated back from the bid date, plus the DIR check on public works.
Company SOPs for the assistant
Upload the procedures your shop runs on; Ask your documents answers from them first, ahead of the general Knowledge Base, and cites the SOP it used.
Wage cards & determinations from the PDF, change-order labor rates
Upload the union wage card or the DIR determination, see what changed against the rates you hold, promote — the PDF stays on file. Each contract carries its change-order labor rates, shown at the top of Changes.
Wage-floor validation
Paid rates checked against the applicable DIR wage determination at timecard approval and again before the certified payroll leaves — with a watchdog for stale determination data.
Federal prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon)
Import a US DOL General Decision, bind the rate your crew actually works under, and check federal jobs against it. Where a job is funded from both Sacramento and Washington, the higher total package per classification is the one that binds.
Live co-editing, and a crew board for the shop TV
A teammate’s save lands on your grid within a second, the cell they’re typing in is outlined in their color, and the shop wall display shows crew being dispatched from the iPad as it happens.

Site conditions, printed daily reports, and a legal hold
Nine time-stamped site-condition checks on the daily report, each with a camera button; a printable daily report with crew, narrative, checks and photos; submitted days that only a PM or super can reopen, reason on record; and a project legal hold that freezes every field record the day a claim lands.
