Bid Analysis: what your bids actually applied against each production rate
Your production rate library says LVT glue-down runs 190 SF/day. Is that what you're actually bidding? Bid Analysis now tells you.
The new Production · Library Rates section has one row per rate:
- Bids: how many bids priced lines from the rate, and how many of those you won.
- Applied / day: the units per day those lines actually used, weighted by quantity, with the low–high range. The number includes each line's job-condition adjustment and is restated at the rate's own shift length, so a 10-hour line and an 8-hour rate compare fairly.
- Library / day and Δ vs library: your current rate, and how far the bids drifted from it. A gap of 10% or more is highlighted.
Filter by Won or Lost to see whether the jobs you won were priced tighter or looser than the library. The section uses the same bids as the other benchmarks (submitted or decided) and counts only lines picked from the library.
