STrOp now shows you around
Three pieces land together, and they finish the thought the getting-started checklist began: a brand-new user — you, or the foreman you invited yesterday — reaches useful work without anyone standing over their shoulder.
A welcome that knows your role. First login now opens with a short welcome — what your home view shows and where the checklist lives — then an optional 30-second tour that points out the navigation, the checklist, How-to, and Help, right on the screen. Skip either at any point; neither ever repeats on its own, and finishing on your desk means your phone won't replay it. Missed it? Replay any time from Help & support.
How-to, one tap away. Next to What's New there's now a How-to button. It opens a panel with the help articles for the screen you're on, ranked for your role — the certified-payroll how-to shows up on payroll screens for the people who run payroll, not buried in a help site. No articles for a screen yet? It hands you knowledge-base search instead.
See how your team is ramping. Admins get a team progress view on Roles & Permissions: each member scored against their role's first actions — checked off from real data, same as the checklist — so you can see who's rolling and who needs a nudge before it costs a week.
One retirement with it: the old yellow welcome banner on Settings is gone — the checklist and the welcome do its job properly now.
