Every award now comes with its checklist

The week after an award is the same week every time: the GC wants a COI, a labor-rate sheet, a submittal schedule, the signed subcontract back, a W-9, a site-specific safety plan — and a kickoff meeting to set it all up. On a California job the 20-day preliminary notice clock is already running. On public works there's DIR, DAS-140, certified payroll setup and the Skilled & Trained Workforce plan on top. Until now that list lived in your head.

Generated on award. Award a job and Post-award requirements appears on Contract → Setup, each item with a due date counted from NTP (or the contract date if there's no NTP yet). Only what applies shows up: the prelim on California jobs, the prevailing-wage filings on public works, bonds when the subcontract's bond clause calls for them.

Work it like a list. Move each item from Open to In progress, Submitted, Complete — or Waived when it doesn't apply. Assign it, attach the document you sent, and overdue dates turn red. The COI's expiry is the same Insurance Expires date the Obligations card already watches, so there's one date to keep current, not two.

Catches up with the contract. Parse the contract after award and it turns up a bond requirement? Hit Refresh from contract and the missing items are added — never duplicated. Jobs awarded before today get their checklist the same way. Anything job-specific the standard list doesn't cover, add it by hand at the bottom.
