Estimates, SOVs, and pay apps now sync live

Two estimators on one bid used to mean "who has it open?" Not anymore.

What changed. The estimate builder, the schedule of values, and the pay-application G703 grid now pick up other people's saves as they happen. Add a line, change a quantity, drop in an assembly — everyone with that estimate open sees it land, no reload, no tab switch. The dispatch board and project schedule get the same treatment: redate an activity and every open board follows — and when another dispatcher is dragging a crew chip, the cell they're about to drop on lights up in their color with their name on it.

The shop wall. There's now a crew board built for the TV in the shop: Field → Schedule → Wall display opens a full-screen, read-only view of today's dispatch — every work order with its crew, big enough to read from across the floor. Put it on the TV, tap Full screen, and leave it. When the scheduler drags a name onto a job from their iPad, it lands on the wall a second later and glows green for a moment. The card they're hovering over lights up in their color while the chip is still in the air. It follows the day on its own, rolling over at midnight.

Who's where. The "Also editing" avatars at the top of the page now carry a color, and the cell a teammate is typing in gets an outline in that same color. Hover it and the tooltip names them. Two people in the same cell is the one thing this can't prevent — but now you'll see it before it happens, and the existing "someone else saved this row" prompt still catches it if you both commit.

The green dot. Next to the avatars is a small status dot: green means the live link is up. If it goes grey (a laptop waking from sleep, a flaky site connection), nothing is lost — your teammates' changes sync the moment you come back to the tab, the way they always have.

Your own edits are never overwritten by someone else's save landing mid-keystroke; the grid only absorbs rows that are newer than what you have.
