Your coverage pass, written into the proposal

The coverage checklist told you what the manual asks of your trades. This release makes that work pay twice: + From spec coverage, in the proposal's Qualifications panel, writes the checklist straight into your scope letter.

Priced becomes included. Every section you marked Priced lands as an inclusion — section number, issued title, and the manual pages it came from.

Excluded states its reason. Sections you marked Excluded become exclusion clauses, and the note you left on the row ("carried by GC under Div 06") is written in as the stated reason. Edit any clause after import — your edits are never overwritten by a re-import.

The manual's problems become qualifications. A section promised in the Table of Contents but never issued becomes "no allowance is carried unless issued by addendum." A reference to a section that isn't in the documents becomes an exclusion-unless-issued. A title that changed between the ToC and the section becomes a clarification naming both. This is the qualification language that protects your number — generated from what the extraction actually found, not from a template.

Only what you confirmed. Rows you haven't reviewed generate nothing — the import tells you exactly which in-scope sections are still open so you can finish the pass first. No AI writes any of it: every sentence in the letter traces to a checklist row you set, so you can defend it line by line at the bid table.
