Assemblies with production-rate labor drop in again

Adding an assembly to an estimate failed when the assembly mixed production-rate labor with anything else, such as board, studs or a sub line. The estimate showed Failed to add assembly lines and nothing was placed.

That's fixed. The assembly drops in whole, and its labor still prices from the production rate at the estimate's loaded labor rate.
