A labor rate sheet for each bid, with the raises dated
GCs want to know what T&M and change-order labor will cost at each point in the job, not only on bid day. The estimate now prints that sheet.
Labor Rate Sheet opens from the estimate and from the bid sheet toolbar. It lists the agreements this bid prices with: the default CBA, plus any agreement a labor line priced from. If the estimate has a labor window, each agreement gets one table per rate period across it: now until the next raise, then each raise after. Raises already on the wage card start on their own dates. Periods past the last rate on the card use the agreement's forecast raise and carry a †, with a footnote giving the %/yr behind them. The With profit toggle and the PDF download work as they do on the company-wide sheet.
Signature lines on small projects only. Most GC proposals are contracted on the GC's paper, so the Accepted By / Date block was dead space. It now prints only on proposals for small projects (the Small project setting under Project → Edit), where the signed proposal often is the contract. Small-project estimates and proposals are labeled as such.
