The bid sheet names the default labor rate too

If you never explicitly picked a CBA rate on an estimate, the builder quietly priced your labor from the org's journeyman default — but never wrote that choice down. The bid sheet, which honestly reports only recorded rates, showed "Labor Rate: —" on a bid full of CBA-priced labor. The builder now records the defaulted rate the first time it prices with one, so the bid sheet names it. Existing estimates pick this up the next time you open them in the builder — reopen, then reprint.
