The Budget directory shows the current contract value

The Budget directory's Contract column was showing the original award while the project header and roster show the current contract value (award plus executed change orders) — so a job with executed COs read differently depending on where you looked. The column now carries the same current value everywhere: original award + executed COs, with sorting to match. One contract number, every surface.
