Catalog dropdowns behave inside the product card

Two paper cuts in the product card fixed: opening the Manufacturer, Supplier, or Cost Code dropdown could displace the menu and blank out the rest of the card, and pressing Esc with a dropdown open threw you all the way back to the library instead of just closing the menu. Dropdowns now render where they should, and Esc peels one layer at a time — menu first, card second.
