The product catalog does the submittal paperwork

The product catalog and the submittal log now work the way a governed library should:

• Link does the data entry. Picking a catalog product on the Submittals or Procurement tab writes the record into the line — manufacturer, product, color, dimensions — and auto-fills the vendor from the product's supplier. No more typing what the catalog already knows.
• Documents ride along. Products can now hold their submittal collateral — cut sheets, product data, SDS — right in the library (open a product → Submittal Documents). Linking that product copies its documents onto the submittal item, labeled and ready for the transmittal. Each project gets its own copy, so updating a catalog document later never silently changes a package you already issued.
• Variants inherit the family paperwork. Upload the cut sheet once on the parent product and every variant carries it — linking any colorway brings the family documents along, plus anything variant-specific you add.
• One-click packets. Every transmittal now has a Packet button: the cover sheet — the same cover Print produces, logo and all — plus every attachment merged into a single PDF — in cover order, each page stamped with the transmittal number, spec section, and file name — with an honest final page listing anything that couldn't be merged. Ready to send to the GC as one file.
• The catalog stays curated. The "+ Catalog" shortcut that created bare, ungoverned products straight from the log is gone — products are born in the library, where they're properly filled out, and only flow outward.

Curate a product once; every project after that is a two-click submittal line.
