Catalog pickers only offer real makers and sellers

The catalog's Manufacturer and Supplier dropdowns listed every company in your directory — including GCs, owners, and design firms that will never make or sell a product. Both pickers now offer only the companies that can actually fill the role (vendors, plus anything custom-typed). Companies already set on a product keep displaying regardless.
