Certified payroll reports the wage you pay, and saved SSNs work
The wage was too high. The certified payroll took each worker's rate from the timecard's labor cost. That cost includes your burden: fringe, workers' comp, payroll taxes and insurance. A $71.62 journeyman showed up at $148.12. Now the rate comes from the labor agreement's base wage for that classification, in effect for that week. Overtime is still 1.5× and doubletime 2×. If you pay fringe in cash, it's added to the wage, as it should be. If a worker has no agreement rate for the week, the export stops and tells you which worker.
Saved SSNs couldn't be read. A Social Security number entered on a worker was saved in a form the export couldn't decrypt, so Generate XML failed. New entries save correctly. If you entered an SSN before today, open the worker, type it again and save.
