Prequal status on every GC — and a companies list you can work from

Getting prequalified with a GC or a district is paperwork you do once a year — and losing track of it means finding out you can't bid the job you wanted. Companies now carry your prequalification standing: status, approved limit, and expiry date.

The part that protects you: expiring prequals surface before they lapse. Anything inside its 60-day renewal window shows up in the CRM's Needs Attention list — same place as expiring manufacturer partnerships — and a target account with no prequal on file at all gets flagged too. (A GC that doesn't run prequal? Mark it Not Required and it goes quiet.)

The companies directory also stopped being a phone book:

  • Filter chips — one click to see just GCs, just target accounts, just what's expiring or missing a prequal. No more scrolling nine hundred rows.
  • Edit without leaving the list — pop a row open and set target account, tier, and prequal right there.
  • The row tells you more — prequal and win rate in the table; open a row for active bids, your key contact, last BD activity, and a jump straight into the CRM workspace.
  • Bulk actions — select a batch and set type, set tier, or archive in one move. Directory cleanup at 910-company scale.
