Company drawer, readable bulk menus, and a home for churches

The company directory now behaves like the project roster: click a row and it unfolds in place — win rate, segment and ownership, location, prequal standing, key contact, and the quick-edit controls for target, tier, segment, ownership, and prequal, with Open Company one click away. Same drawer, same feel, one less thing to relearn between pages.

Two smaller things rode along. The bulk bar's dropdown menus (Set type, tier, segment, ownership) were rendering their options in ghost-white text — readable again. And the segment list gains Institutional / Religious, so churches, temples, and community institutions have a proper home instead of hiding in Other.
