Contract parsing that sticks around

Parse Contract got a real overhaul.

The extraction now runs on a stronger model with schema-enforced output, so contracts with long schedules of values come back complete instead of failing halfway. Alongside the fields, SOV lines, and milestones, Claude now writes a plain-English summary of the deal — who's contracting with whom, for what, and the terms a PM would flag first.

And the result no longer disappears when you close the modal: the Contract Analysis panel on the Contract tab keeps the summary and the key clauses — payment terms, liquidated damages, notice windows, insurance, warranty — right where you set up the job. Re-parse any time a new version of the contract lands.
