The directory's people picker shows employers

Picking from a whole CRM's worth of names is guesswork when the list is just names. The project directory's "Add a person" dropdown now reads Name — Company for every contact with an employer set in CRM, so you can tell the GC's PM from the paint rep before you link them. Contacts without a company still appear by name alone and land under "Other contacts", same as before.
