Enter saves inline edits everywhere

Last week Enter started saving assembly and package names in the estimate builder. The same gap was in more places: plenty of inline fields saved only when you clicked out of them. Press Enter and the cursor stayed put, nothing was saved, and a reload brought back the old value.

Enter now saves, same as clicking away, in:

• Files: document title, revision and sheet number
• Submittals: transmittal number, recipient, subject and notes
• Catalog: product details, cost, buy unit and pack size
• Billing and service invoices: attention, flat fee and tax
• Estimates: bid name and notes, the labor window, and the assembly library's name fields
• Buyout plan, schedule categories, the proposal builder and worker certifications

New fields get the same behavior by default.
