Estimates: Notes & Assumptions no longer eats what you type

The Notes & Assumptions box on an estimate saves as you type. If you kept typing while a save was going through, the box could jump back to what it said at that save. Everything typed since was lost. Now the box keeps everything you type, and it all saves.
