Find people faster, and link a project from the contact

Two small changes to how people land on jobs.

Add People searches now. The picker on a project's Directory was a plain dropdown of everyone in your CRM who wasn't on the project yet. A GC with forty people in your directory made that a scroll, not a pick. It's a search box now: type part of a name, a company, or a title, arrow to the one you mean, Enter. The company and title show under each name so two Sams are easy to tell apart.

Link from the contact, too. Opening a contact in CRM, you could see which projects they were on but not add one. Under Projects there's now Link to a project: pick the job (searchable the same way, with the ones their company is already on listed first), optionally give them a role on it, and link. It's the same link the Directory makes, so it shows in both places immediately.
