Goals pace on work days, and tell you what it takes

"Behind" used to mean behind the calendar. Saturday counted. The first of the month counted at 12:01 a.m. Now it doesn't.

Paced on work days. A $4M month on the 15th is measured against the work days already finished, Monday to Friday in your company's time zone. Today's share isn't owed until tomorrow, and a weekend adds nothing.

A little wiggle room. Within 10% under pace still reads on pace. Goals are encouragement, not an audit.

What it takes. Every open target now says where it stands and what's left: $818K behind pace · $250K/day · 12 days left. Counts say what's left (6 to go) instead of "0.4 bids a day". The small mark on each bar is where the number should be by today.

This week, every day. Weekly goals — like a $1M-a-week bid pace — now sit in their own strip at the top of the dashboard, whichever period you're looking at. Set a target offers per week too.
