Invoices stay put while you work the list
If you filter the Simple Invoices list on Billing down to Draft and work through it — the obvious way to do it — marking one sent used to make it stop matching the filter straight away. The row vanished, every row below jumped up a line, and your next click landed on an invoice you never meant to touch. Marking sent locks an invoice's lines, fees and dates and can only be undone by voiding it, so that was an expensive place to lose your spot.
Rows you have just acted on now hold their position. The stage chip flips to Sent and the button changes to Record Payment, but nothing moves. A line above the table explains why invoices that no longer match the filter are still showing, with a Refresh list link when you want them cleared out; changing the stage chips, the search or the sort clears them too.
Two smaller things went with it. Invoice numbers now sort the way you read them — INV-9 before INV-118, not after — and invoices without a number sort to the bottom instead of the top. And Mark Sent used to grey out on every row while any one invoice was saving; now only the row actually saving is disabled, so you can keep moving down the list.
