A labor rate sheet you can hand a GC

GCs ask for your labor rates at bid time and again at contract time. There's now a Rate sheet for GCs button on Settings → Labor Rates that builds one straight from your CBA wage tables: every active agreement, every classification, with regular, overtime, and double-time hourly rates on your letterhead.

Before you print, toggle what the rates include:

• Cost (no profit) — the loaded rate: base wage, fringes, payroll taxes, workers' comp, GL & small tools. For open-book and audit situations.
• With profit — the same rates grossed up by a profit percentage you set (it starts at your estimating default). The printed sheet states that rates include overhead & profit — it never itemizes your margin.

The sheet always uses the rates in effect today — the same ones estimating uses — so what you submit is what you're pricing with. Print it, save it as a PDF, send it along.
