The app now points at what's missing

Two additions from the same idea: when something is missing, the screen you're on should say so, say why it matters, and hand you the fix.

Nudges. A small set of quiet, one-line prompts that show up only where they're actionable, and only while they're true:

• Open the field or scheduling boards with no workers on the roster, and a nudge points at the roster with one click to fix it. Estimating with no labor rates works the same way.
• On the pipeline: a priced estimate that never became a proposal, or an awarded pursuit that never flipped to execution, gets pulled forward instead of quietly stalling.
• For admins on Roles & Permissions: invites that have sat unaccepted for days — or expired outright — get flagged so team activation doesn't stall in someone's inbox.

Three things keep them quiet: at most two show per screen, dismissing one keeps it dismissed for you, and every nudge clears itself the moment its condition resolves. If the same gap ever comes back later, that's a fresh situation and it may show again.

Empty screens that teach. A dozen surfaces — tasks, work orders, timecards, the scheduling boards, docs, planning, procurement, workers, and more — now explain what the module does, what will appear there, and offer the first action, instead of a bare "no items yet." A few speak the house language while they're at it: the timecards screen now says what it's waiting for — a job in execution.
