One name per thing: Qualify, Organization, support request

We swept the app's labels against one rule: every concept gets one name, and no word works two jobs. Nothing about your data changed — only what the labels say.

  • Stage 1 is Qualify. The pipeline's front door said "Lead" in the nav and stage header while the stage underneath was always called qualify. Same stage, one name now. The "+ New Lead" button is "+ New Pursuit" for the same reason — it always created a pursuit, and now it says so.
  • Your business is your Organization. Settings → Organization Identity (was Company Identity), Organization Name and Logo, the onboarding step, the proposal builder's org block, and the scheduling board's whole-shop row all say Organization now — and the admin role reads Org Admin. "Company" is reserved for the companies in your CRM — GCs, owners, vendors — so the word only ever points one direction.
  • Help filings are support requests. The Help page calls them what they are. "Ticket" keeps meaning what it means on a jobsite: a signed T&M ticket. And the printed service artifact keeps its customer-facing name — Service Ticket — on purpose.

And there's now a place to look all of this up: The STrOp glossary in the knowledge base — every term the app uses, the words construction never agreed on, and which side of each split we took. It's searchable from the Help page, so typing "PCO" or "retainage" into the search box gets you a straight answer.
