Open items expand in place, and the job shows its progress

The Open items list on a project's Overview shows the six that need you first. The link under it used to say "open the full log" and drop you on the RFIs, so the requirements, submittals and invoices past row six were nowhere to be found.

• Show all, right there. The footer now expands the list to every open item, filters included. Show fewer folds it back.
• Sort by any column. Click a column head to sort by type, owner, value or age; click again to reverse, and once more to go back to late-first.
• The whole job at a glance. A Project work bar sits above Open items: how much of the job is done, open and late across tasks, post-award requirements, submittals, RFIs, changes and invoices, then the same split for each, so seven finished tasks can't make a job with nineteen open requirements look done. A job still in pursuit gets the same bar over Blocking the bid, counting tasks, RFIs and addenda.
