Pay app PDFs keep their real application date

Downloading a pay application you submitted weeks ago printed today's date in the G702's Application Date field — so a June application pulled in July came out dated July. Anything already sent to a GC and re-printed for your records disagreed with the copy they were holding.

The Application Date now comes off the record: the date the application was submitted. Only drafts — which haven't been submitted yet — preview with today's date. The small "Generated" stamp in the continuation sheet footer still shows when that copy was printed, which is what it's for.

Re-download any pay app to get a correctly dated copy; nothing needs to be re-submitted.
