Say who's on the job

The Directory told you about everyone except your own company: the GC, the owner, the architect, the subs. Your people were the ones you had to remember.

Now the top of a project's Directory tab carries Our team on this job — the folks from your own company working it. An admin, an executive, or the PM adds and removes them; everyone on the job can see the list.

Each row says how the person got there:

  • Created the project — they opened the job, so they're on it automatically.
  • Added — someone staffed them to it.
  • Dispatched to the job — they came in through a field work order or the crew board, and they stay on the list afterward. Taking them off is a deliberate act, not a side effect of next week's schedule.

One thing this is not, yet: a permission. Everyone in your company can still see every project. This is the staffing list — who's actually on the job — and it's the groundwork for restricting a project to its crew later on.
