Qualification statements, ready to sign

Specs regularly demand two quality-assurance statements alongside your submittals: a document-review certification — that Contract Documents, shop drawings, and product data were reviewed with the manufacturer's qualified representatives, and the selected materials are proper, compatible with contiguous materials, and adequate for the application shown — and an installer's qualifications statement.

There's now a Qualification statement button on the project's Submittals tab that produces either one. Fill in the spec section, system, manufacturer, and firm; the statement text seeds itself with the standard certification language (edit it freely if your spec words it differently), and the printed page carries your letterhead, the project reference, and signature blocks for the Contractor and the Applicator or Installer.

Print it, get it signed, and attach the signed copy to the submittal item like any other document.
