The Business Report shows who, and hands off the work

Three upgrades that turn the Business Report from a summary into a working surface:

Every line is a doorway. Pursuits open the project, change orders open Changes, timecards open Field, submittals open the log, purchase orders open the PO itself, pay apps open Billing. Read the report, click the thing, deal with it.

Every line has a name. Shipped items show who did the work — straight from the recorded activity, no status email required. In-progress and slipped items show whose plate they're sitting on: the timecard's foreman, the submittal's author, the pursuit's PM. A manager can glance at the period and see who's doing what, and what isn't moving.

Slipped items become assignments. The → Task button on any slipped line creates a real task — title prefilled, assignee defaulted to the person the item traces to, with a link back to the report item. Assign the same item twice and you get pointed at the existing open task instead of a duplicate. The report keeps flagging the item until the underlying work actually moves; the task is who's on the hook for moving it.
