Which jobs are missing a COI? One page now says

The post-award checklist lives on each job's contract. That answers "what do I owe on this job?" — not "what's slipping across all of them?". Execution → Requirements does.

Everything outstanding, most urgent first. Every required item that isn't complete or waived, across every active job: expired and overdue on top, then renewals coming due, then anything due inside two weeks, then the rest by date. Counts across the top, so Monday starts with a number.

Renewals don't disappear when they're done. A COI you delivered in March is complete — until the insurance runs out. Anything renewable that expires inside 30 days comes back on the list, flagged, using the same Insurance Expires date the contract's Obligations card watches.

Filter by requirement. Pick Certificate of Insurance to GC and you get every active job still owing one — including jobs awarded before the checklist existed, called out so you can open the contract and hit Refresh.
