Roles shows who joined, and the wage card saves county first
- Joins read as joins. On Roles & Permissions, a teammate who accepted an invite now shows "Joined", with the date. Before, it read "changed by" that teammate, as though they had picked their own role. A later role change still names the admin who made it.
- County and date first. On a project's Compliance tab, the prevailing-wage card now saves the county and bid advertisement date on their own. That's what works out the suggested determination. Before, you had to pick a determination before Save would light up.
- Labelled fields. The card's county, date and determination fields are labelled, so screen readers announce them.
