The crew board updates live on every screen

Put the schedule on the big screen. The crew scheduling board — day view, week view, calendar, and capacity — now listens for changes and refreshes itself the moment anyone saves one. No reloading, no "is this current?"

What that looks like in practice: stand in front of the shop TV with a tablet in hand. Drag a worker onto a work order, move a chip to a different day, bump planned hours, link a schedule activity — each change shows up on the wall as you make it. The same goes for two dispatchers in different offices, or a PM watching capacity while the field schedule gets built.

A few details worth knowing:

  • Everything on the board syncs — crew assignments, work-order date windows, and schedule-activity links. The rail's availability counts and the capacity view's totals update along with them.
  • It never interrupts what you're doing. If a change from another device arrives while you're mid-drag, the board holds it until you drop the chip, then catches up.
  • It respects your scope. Each screen keeps its own view, day, project filter, and type filters — only the underlying schedule data syncs.
