Six things the series promised that the app now does

Writing the series how-tos meant reading the screens against the narration, and six places the narration promised more than the screen did. Rather than soften the words, the app caught up.

• Change orders. Executing a CO puts it in finance's Inbox the same minute: "CO-001 executed — $1,860 added to the SOV."
• Certified payroll. The run itself shows the apprentice ratio for that pay week — within ratio or over, by craft. The Compliance tab gets a Skilled & Trained Workforce card: who's a graduate, who carries a DAS number, who's missing either.
• Budget. A Current column: baseline plus the cost of every executed change order, by cost code. Variance reads against it.
• Closeout. A Notice of Completion date on the Retainage tab. Release Eligible runs 35 days from the recorded notice, falling back to substantial completion until it does.
• Warranty. Callback visits can go to a roster worker, not only a login seat. Photos link straight to the job's photo log.
• The subcontract. Parse Contract now pulls three numbers along with the clauses — claim-notice days, insurance expiry, warranty months — and the Compliance tab turns them into an Obligations card: pay-app due, insurance renewal, warranty end, retention release, the notice window.
