Service follow-ups — find who's owed a visit, put it on the calendar
The work you finished is the work you get invited back for — if somebody remembers to go back. Service → Follow-ups now keeps that list for you. Every client lands in one of three lanes: a PM agreement whose next visit is due (or overdue), a construction job that wrapped with nothing scheduled since, or an agreement that lapsed quietly.
Each row schedules in place. A due agreement spawns its visit straight onto the dispatch board. A wrapped project books a one-off follow-up — and if the customer has no service site yet, one is created from the project address on the way. Lapsed clients get the same one-click visit, or a jump to starting a fresh agreement.
The client segmentation fields do their job here too: filter the list to your K-12 public districts when you're packing the summer window, or to Higher Ed for intersession. Once a visit is on the calendar the row drops off — the list is always just what's left to handle.
