Short documents now answer questions, and unreadable ones say so

Short files count now. Ask your documents used to skip any file under a few hundred characters. That cut out exactly the things a foreman asks about: a one-paragraph field memo, a quick RFI reply, a short directive. If every page of a file has real text, STrOp now reads it, however short it is.

Unreadable files are marked. When STrOp can't find readable text in a file (say, a faxed page that even the scan reader can't make out) or the stored file won't open, the file shows a Not searchable tag in Files, in both the Folders and List views. Hover the tag to see why. Upload a text PDF or a clearer scan, and it's picked up on the next sync.
