The spec book, as a tab

Next to Spec Coverage, the Estimate now carries Spec Book: every section the extractor found in the manual, grouped by division, with your declared trades marked and each section's submittal requirements listed inline.

Click any section and the viewer opens at that page with a new Sections panel beside the original — the register on one side, the manual on the other. The section you're reading highlights as you page, expanding to show its submittal obligations; click one and the canvas jumps to the paragraph it came from. Coverage checklist links open the same split view.

Same posture as everything in the document intelligence layer: read deterministically, shown verbatim, the manual itself always one glance away.
