The submittal log stays clean — and transmittals follow its order

Three quality-of-life upgrades on the submittal log, straight from field use:

  • Transmittals follow the log. The transmittal cover — print and packet alike — now lists items in the exact sequence of your submittal log, including any drag-reordering you've done. What you see in the log is what the GC sees on the cover.
  • Hide sent/completed. One toggle clears away everything that's already out the door or resolved — submitted, approved, and void lines — leaving only what still needs action: pending, revise & resubmit, and rejected. Your working view stays a to-do list, not an archive.
  • Group by type or status. A grouping selector buckets the log into labeled sections — all your shop drawings together, or every line at the same status — with counts per section. Combine it with the filters to answer "what's still pending?" at a glance.
