Budget across every job, and navigation that says the same thing twice
Execution → Budget is a new top-down table: every job in execution with its budget, committed, actual, and variance on one row — the same numbers as each project's Budget tab, rolled up. The bullet bars read at a glance (fill = actual, pale = open POs, tick = budget), the variance dot flags exposure including what's on order, and clicking a job drops into its cost-code breakdown. Sort by any money column; totals follow your search.
Navigation got its vocabulary straightened out — the sidebar and the project tabs used different words for the same places:
- The project's Contract tab group is now Setup, matching the sidebar. Inside it, the contract page is labeled what it is: Contract (SOV and Compliance unchanged).
- Buyout is now Procurement — same word in the sidebar, the project tabs, and the page itself.
- Inventory moved out of Execution into Catalog, next to Products. Stock on hand is org-level, not a project lifecycle stage — the Catalog group is where you look up what you own.
