DIR increase notices attach to your determinations

When a determination's expiration date carries DIR's double asterisk (**), the raise that takes over is published later, as a separate notice. That notice doesn't print new rates. It prints amounts to add: "a $5.37 increase allocated as $3.25 basic, $1.50 H&W…" for all areas. Until now STrOp couldn't read it, so the floor kept the old rate after the expiration date.

Import the notice. Go to Settings → Wage determinations and choose Import an increase notice. STrOp reads each raise and adds it to the rate in effect before it, on every area the notice covers. Before you attach, you see each new rate next to the one it replaces.

When DIR gives only a total. Some raises come as a lump sum "allocated to wages and/or employer payments", with no basic/fringe split yet. STrOp holds the whole amount in basic and marks the row awaiting DIR split. The total is exact, so the floor check is right. Attach the notice again once DIR publishes the split, and the row is replaced.

Nothing slips past expiry. A ** determination past its expiration date with no newer rate on file now says so in the list, and the weekly wage-floor check emails it to the office.

Shift rates (2nd and 3rd shift) aren't checked yet. They're on the roadmap as their own item.
